The Confidence and Wellbeing Team and Murray Hall Community Trust are offering supported access to two self-help websites which use principles from cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) ? MoodGym and Living Life to the Full (LLTTF).
MoodGym ? aims to teach people how to understand their feelings and to cope better in stressful situations in a relaxed and interactive way.
Living Life to the Full (LLTTF) ? is a life skills course which aims to teach knowledge and skills is handling the various demands we face in life.
The programmes are aimed at anyone who may be feeling feel low, anxious or generally down in the dumps.
Both courses aim to help participants understand more about how events, thoughts, feelings and behaviour are linked and offer practical techniques to help you to feel better about yourself and reduce anxious or worrying thoughts.
The courses are run at the participant own pace and are run either from the comfort of peoples? homes or in a small relaxed environment.
